Forms

If you decide to probate the estate of the decedent on your own, use the Probate Forms that are provided by the Georgia Probate Courts. I have posted the link to them below. You will see lots of forms. Don’t let that scare you! You will only use a fraction of them in most cases.

Once you get on the site, select the word processing program you use, and then download them to your computer. You can either print them and fill them out by hand,or, you can fill them out on your computer.
